A specialist mental health care facility near Keighley currently has a vacancy for an RGN or RMN qualified Clinical Lead Nurse to join and lead their clinical team on a full-time basis.
This privately owned care home provides first class nursing care to people with complex mental health conditions on their journey to recovery and independence.
Details of the vacancy and what the home is offering:
* 36 hours per week on flexible shifts with a mix of days and nights available
* Paid breaks
* A competitive pay rate of GBP19.50 per hour, which is in line with top NHS Band 6 rates and a salary in the region of GBP36,500

As Clinical Lead, you will manage, monitor and oversee both clinical and personal care throughout the home. You will provide effective leadership and direction to care and nursing staff and will ensure care documentation is up to date and fully meeting resident needs.
What we are looking for:
* NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA or Mental Health Nurse/RMN/RMHN
* Confident undertaking clinical assessments and in all aspects of care management
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and an effective leader
* Able to lead by example, demonstrating comprehensive clinical skills and knowledge and a passion for maintaining the highest standards
* Enthusiastic, proactive and motivated
