NPI Assistant Team Leader
An amazing opportunity has arisen with one of our clients, a leading manufacturing company, who are looking for a NPI Assistant Team Leader to join their high performing team based in Hereford.
The NPI (New Product Introduction) Assistant Team Leader, Hereford, will report into the Head of NPI & Product Validation and will be responsible for management, control and co-ordination of New Product Introduction engineering elements of a project as an individual or as part of a team, as well as verification and validation of new products. You will also be required to ensure an effective transfer of the project into production, whilst ensuring project deadlines and requirements, including regulatory, are achieved.
The NPI Assistant Team Leader, Hereford, must have a Degree in Engineering related discipline, experience and knowledge of testing active and passive microwave components and have a good understanding of RF test parameters and equipment.
