Due to continued growth, a rare opportunity to join a multi-million-pound turnover e-commerce business at a really exciting time is now available!
My client are looking for an experienced SEO specialist to join their marketing team and shape their SEO and CRO/UX journey.
The Role:
• Monitor the technical health of the site, ensuring issues are fixed without delay
• Overall responsibility for organic search performance
• Ensure the website is highly ranked for key search terms
• Monitor rankings
• Create and implement SEO strategies and report on progress
• Work with the content team to provide data and feedback on optimisation
• Overall responsibility for customer experience on-site and sales funnel
• Monitor website performance and conversion rates
• Manage web development providers, ensuring robust testing of modifications and value for money
Requirements/Experience:
• 2+ years experience in specific SEO role (e-commerce experience preferred)
• Proven track record of technical on-site SEO
• Knowledge and experience in devising, executing, and analysing results of CRO/UX testing
• Experience in conducting competitor and gap analysis
• Understanding of HTML and CSS, Javascript, AJAX, and JQuery to analyse on-site technical issues impacting organic performance (preferable)
• Proficiency with SEO tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, XML feeds, and website auditing software such as Screaming Frog's SEO Spider, SEMRush, and AHrefs.
• Staying up-to-date on SEO trends, best practices, technical updates, and other important developments in the search world.
This full-time role is based in Norwich with some flexibility for working from home. For candidate's wishing to relocate this is something my client is happy to discuss.
