* Providing and building excellent relationships with your team and internal staff
* Ideally you will have knowledge of savings account systems
* Developing the team
* Managing collect9ive targets
* Maintaining strong customer service relationships externally, ensuring that you adhere to policy and procedural guidelines at all times
* To record and analyse varying data
* Updating customer records
* Monitoring the progress of each application
* Work with other teams and departments to ensure business objectives are met
* Carry out requests in an accurate and timely manner
* Undertake any other duties or projects as and when required
Person profile:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Understand the role of governance and risk management in the context of working in a regulated environment
* Strong communicator and team manager
* Excellent organisational skills
* Good attention to detail

* Previous experience working within finance industry
