Job Description
Job Summary:
The Cash Operations Team Leader will be responsible for supporting the Cash Operations team & aid the Cash Operations Manager, covering both EMEA & Americas regions across SAP & Oracle, key responsibilities include:
* Working directly with our outsource partner
* Assisting the team with the management of open reconciling items
* Reviewing the Month End bank reconciliations
* Preparation of the month end master reconciliation tracker
* Providing support to the group treasury function
* Bank Platform administration
* Help drive continuous improvement to Cash Ops processes
* Providing ad hoc assistance to the Cash Operations Manager
Qualifications
Experience we're looking for:
* Ideally would have previous experience managing a small team in a senior / supervisory role
* Strong excel Knowledge
* Previous experience using SAP or Oracle ERPs
* Basic Accounting knowledge
* Highly adaptable to change
* Strong communication skill
* Ability to complete tasks to a high standard in a time sensitive environmen
* AAT Qualified/part qualified
* Previous working knowledge of banking platforms
* Knowledge of Accounts Payable & Receivable functions advantageous
