An exciting, full-time opportunity has arisen for a Call Centre Administrator based in Basildon, Essex
We are looking for a confident candidate who is possibly just starting out in the business world and looking for their first step on the Customer Service career ladder or a candidate who has previous experience from within the Customer Service/Collections or similar office environment and looking for an opportunity to work within a fun, family feel working environment.
As a Collections Administrator you must have a professional telephone manner and be able to deal with clients who have queries/enquiries regarding their accounts or setting up accounts.
If you can work under pressure, are able to work proactively without supervision and want fun in the work place, this is the career move for you.

Excellent working environment
Parking is available
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Plus alternate Saturdays, 9am-2pm
Temp to Perm position, based on GBP19,000 per annum to start
