We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join a small successful organisation based in Birmingham.
Responsibilities
Speaking with customers and suppliers
Registering of enquiries
Preparation,submission, chasing and final negotiation of quotations.
Enquiry log update and weekly reporting of enquiry log and updates to manager and director
Liaison and assist Area sales managers and agents,
Coordinate and chase-up enquiries
Deal with ongoing sales and projects
Support all commercial activity
Liaison and assist Area sales managers and agents
Technical assistance and advice to customers What you will need?
Must have experience within an internal sales role
Technically minded, with experience of a busy technical sales office environment
Have experience in outbound / proactive telesales work
Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
A confident communication - a clear ability to build rapport
CRM experience would be advantageous
Used to working with sales targets
Flexible - can switch between multiple tasks at any timeThe role:
Full-time Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.30
Salary: GBP21,000.00-GBP25,000.00 per year bonus GBP1,200.00 pro rota
20 days holiday + BH
