We currently have an exciting opportunity to hire for our Recruitment Consultancy at HL Services, focusing within the Transport and Logistics sector. This is an ideal role for someone who has customer service experience and has good eyes for details.
No previous recruitment experience is required, and full training will be provided.
The Resourcer/Administrator will work to their own initiative identifying opportunities for improvement and driving business development in their area.
HL Services is an established Recruitment Agency in Ilford that supports organisations within the industrial and driving sector with temporary and permanent staffing solutions across the UK.
The successful candidate will work to their own initiative and organise resources to deliver an effective service delivery including:
Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief
Communicating with candidates and clients on daily basis via phone, email and face to face
Identify and progress leads as required
Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate's applications are processed efficiently
Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function
Operate in line with the relevant legislation
Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
The successful Candidate will have:
Strong IT skills including use of Microsoft Office and smartphones
Strong customer care skills and the ability to represent the Company professionally
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Time management and organisational skills
Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities
