Working Hours:
Full-time role (to begin asap)
Tuesday - Saturday: 10.30am - 7.30pm

Are you an experienced Customer Service professional looking for a new role?
The Role;
* Always deliver exceptional customer service
* Upselling products
* Handle inbound and outbound calls
* Effectively handle customer complaints through to resolution
* Process bookings, extensions and terminations within required SLA's
* Update required systems along with processing any rental documentation.
* Provide an efficient and seamless service to the customer
* Offer additional products or solutions to improve the customer's experience.
Skills;
* Proven experience in a customer service environment.
* A positive and proactive approach to learning and self-development.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
* Ability to hold a conversation in a professional manner alongside multitasking and completing administration tasks.
* Excellent computer and typing skills.
* The ability to work and communicate effectively in a team.
* Proven ability to use initiative and prioritise workload.
