Post Room Messenger - Part time - 25 Hrs Per week (PRMES759)

Purpose: To provide a Postal Messenger Service within Warminster garrison according with Joint Service Publications, LANDSO 440 and the Statement of Requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
* To undertake and manage work in a safe manner in accordance with legislation and the Company "Safety First" value.
* To assist in the development and compliance of all NCR/HSE inspections, ensuring all Risk Assessments and records are kept up to date.
* Complete postal delivery and collections of incoming/outgoing mail from department/sections and distribute/deliver, including any parcels.
Experience & Skills required:
* Working Knowledge of Microsoft packages.
* Delivers messages positively and checks understanding.
* Knowledge of courier services and working within a military environment.
* DUPSO Course (can be achieved whilst on the job)
