We are recruiting exclusively for a Payroller / Accounts Assistant for a recognised employer based within the Market Harborough area. This is a permanent full time position and our client is looking for an experienced finance candidate who has current knowledge of payroll.
Payroll & Accounts Assistant duties:
* Purchase ledger, matching batching and coding of invoices
* Sales Ledger
* Credit control- chasing outstanding debt
* Petty Cash
* Reconciling accounts
* Payroll
* Processing of the weekly and monthly payroll
* Process Starters & Leavers
* Process holiday forms, SSP, SMP,SPP forms
* Manage and update the sick records
* BACS Payments
* PAYE, NI contributions
Salary: circa GBP28,000 + Benefits
