Fantastic opportunity for a strong Customer Support Coordinator with previous Logistics experience to join my client based in Maidstone, on a full time and permanent basis.

This is a varied and fast paced role involving extensive Customer Service, Sales Administration, Logistics, Exports and Operations support all round???

Duties include:

Customer order processing; providing costings and pricing, updating customers on tracking and delivery, stock management for key accounts and chasing payments
Overseeing order despatches from internal/ external warehouses and overseeing all paperwork and relevant documentation
Managing the invoicing process for all despatched orders; sending invoices electronically, collecting PO numbers and keeping customers billing records up to date
Logistics; Booking transport with various couriers and hauliers giving correct dimensions, sending drivers loading requirements, tracking shipments out for delivery
Customer Service and Account Management; Being the main point of contact for your designated customers/ clients, compliant handling, Updating customers on transit delays and progression of tracking etc
Supporting the Sales department with sales data on customer orders and other various tasks when required
Operations; working with production planning and quality team to ensure orders and stock are produced on time to meet customers' requirements and liaising with the warehouse regarding stock

This role would suit someone with:

A solid Customer Support/ Account Management background
Logistics experience is essential (shipping, road, sea and air exports)
Experience in dealing with customs and exports - documentation
Excellent communication skills
Confident using all MS Office applications
The ability to prioritise a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
A highly organised approach to work
A meticulous attention to detail
A great attitude and sense of humour
