Site Manager
A small main contractor that specialise in new build, refurb and conversion projects up to the value of GBP1.5m.
They are currently looking for a site manager to run a small conversion project in Banbury. The project is a conversion of a pub into a restaurant and 8 separate bedrooms. The project is programmed for 25 weeks and is currently already on site.
It is essential that you have managed a project from inception to completion and be immediately available.
You must have the following construction tickets
SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid
