The Role - Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

This leading medical equipment company is recruiting for a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to manage all aspects of logistics throughout their supply chain and also providing support to sales consultants. The role will be supporting both operations, service and sales team in UK. The role is also required to work closely with operations team in EMEA and the Head Office team with direct reporting to the UK & Ireland Service Operations Manager

Full responsibilities include:

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively.
Utilize logistics IT to optimise procedures
Service parts order processing & shipment including RMA management
Supervise orders and arrange stocks of service parts, demo & new sales equipment to ensure they meet needs
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to company policy
Keep log and records of warehouse stocks and execute sales orders
Responding to public enquires which may include sending spare parts, identifying local stockists and other general enquiries;
Prepare accurate commercial invoices
Checking supplier purchase invoices against purchase orders
General warehouse & office management
Dealing with customer enquiries over the telephone and via email
Processing sales demo requests and coordinating with service team for engineers to inspect the system.
Dealing with customer catalogue and sales consumable requests
Any other reasonable clerical office tasks to ensure smooth running of the business.
Your Background - Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

To be considered for this role, you should have the following background and experience:

3+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory management, and import/export operations experience

Experience using any/all Microsoft Programmes is essential, particularly Excel
Experience using SAP, Salesforce or similar CRM & logistic tool
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
Knowledge of custom laws, regulations and ISO requirements
Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise appropriately
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective team and customer relationships
A polite and friendly telephone and written manner.
