Polish Speaking Contracts and Service Administrator

Kerr operating as an employment business is working on behalf of our client, a market leader within the printing and graphic communication industry. Our client is looking for a Polish Speaking Contracts and Service Administrator to be responsible for preparing sales and service contracts and following their execution and the issuing, billing and maintenance of service contracts and to maintain the contracts repository
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Preparing sales and service contracts and renewing exiting contracts
Ensuring contract approval process is followed and all relevant documents are archived
Managing contacts and resolving outstanding service invoices queries
Communicating with Credit & Sales team and linking with sales-order SOC
Ensuring contract approval process is adhered to and relevant approvals captured
Ensuring all contracts are on the database
Managing customer communication & query resolution
Processing monthly Contract invoice on the agreed deadlines
Ensuring all service Time & Management service invoicing is completed on time
Preparing reports in a timely and proactive manner to assist in business planningIdeal Candidate Would Have
Fully fluent in English and Polish
Able to work with different systems / SMIS - SAP - Business Objects
Highly competent with MS Word and MS Excel
Experience as Business Assistant/Coordinator in a Business environment is preferrable
Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines when requiredClosing Date: 20/06/ 2021
