Job Title: Training Coordinator

Location: Poling, Angmering

Salary: GBP22k per annum

Full time, Monday-Friday 08:30am-5pm, 37.5 hours per week

Our client based in Poling in Angmering is looking to recruit a Training Coordinator.

Responsibilities

Develop new business working in collaboration with the Business Development Manager
Maintain and develop the Training Schedules
Question and queries arising
Onboarding of Customers and Trainers
Drive for continuous improvement in policies, processes and procedures
To be a dedicated point of contact for External Key Account(s)
Projects - to assist in developing and implementing new projects
To provide a comprehensive and accurate administration support for the [accredited bodies] under the direction of the Customer and Trainer Support Lead
To liaise and work in conjunction with Finance for all financial spends, purchase orders, invoices, queries etc
Head Office support the running of the head office facilities as and when require; Order /replenishment of stationary and order/ replenishment of food and drink
To have a flexible approach to meet the changing demands of the organisation
To handle all information with confidentiality and sensitivity, any breach will be handled through the appropriate methods
As a member of ATSS/Rescue 2/Face Fit this role has the right to be treated fairly and with courtesy and understanding to ensure equality for all and respect for individual differences.
To get involved with Company Website, content updates and Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook etc.).
To complete all necessary training provided by the company
To be dedicated and contribute to a committee, working with different people

Requirements

Hold a UK valid driving license
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
Fantastic organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organised, methodical with an excellent eye for detail
Willingness to work / learn
