Mental Health Liaison Practitioner

We have a requirement for a locum Band 6 Mental Health Liaison Practitioner which can be either an RMN, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker to work within a Community Mental Health team in Horsham, West Sussex for 3-6 months. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5 with no shift work. The post holds a caseload, but no duty desk cover or depots will be required. Due to Covid clients are mainly seen via telephone/video, but face to face appointments may be required. For this reason on average 2 days a week can be working from home and the remainder in the office
