In a Nutshell:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Help to Buy Assistant to join our team in Vistry Partnerships Division, at our Exeter office. As our Help to Buy Assistant you will be a confident individual with a reputation for integrity, maturity, and sound judgement, ideally with some level of construction knowledge, who can communicate and negotiate at different levels. You will be responsible for delivering assistance to the HTB Manager in processing all HTB plot funds from completion to release within a team environment, to be able to work within deadlines and half year and full year pressure. On the job learning will be provided to develop technical knowledge and operation of web-based software system.

This is a Part Time role - 22.5 hours per week (3 Full days - Some Flexibility)

What we would like from you:

Key Responsibilities -

Assisting Help to Buy Manager in day to day tasks
Assisting with daily email enquires
Processing HTB documents on a daily basis
Assisting with monthly and mid-month forecast submissions
Processing HTB plot claims through the Investment Management System
Processing HTB funds from claim to release to the Business unit
Liaising with the Business units for HTB Sales information
Assisting with any other Ad-hoc HTB tasks
Contacting HTB agents via email and phone for plot queries.
Monitoring and accessing the online HTB agent portal Ad Hoc work for the Divisional TeamCompetencies -

Competent in Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
Confident telephone manner
Organised and self-motivated
Able to work as part of a small team with established processes and proceduresDesirable -

House building experience
Knowledge of house sales process
Knowledge of IMS - Investment Management System
