MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

We are looking for an innovative person to work as part of the People Team to enable the development of blended learning to its full potential. The E-learning Support Officer will focus on the development and maintenance of the e-learning platform and course content, including launching new courses, creating course audiences; monitoring release notes and making relevant changes, arranging and uploading details of virtual training courses to allow delegates to book these and running reports to review virtual course attendance and completion of e-learning courses. The E-learning Support Officer will also be the first point of contact responding to incoming e-learning queries and supporting any projects enabling access to learning through technology.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Educated to NVQ level or equivalent qualification or experience

Highly proficient in MS Office and the ability to interpret digital HR systems and extract information

Thorough knowledge of developing and maintaining an e-learning learning system

Significant experience of working in a fast paced office environment

Excellent organisational skills

• Excellent communication skills to advise and exchange varied information with a range of audiences

Ability to plan own workload; adjust priorities in line with changing circumstances and meet deadlines

Manage a range of information in accordance with the General Data Protection Act, whilst ensuring accuracy

Ability to ensure confidentiality of information at all times
