Zitko specialises in Fire & Security recruitment we have launched our exciting new Talent Division to help plug the gap in fire and security engineering talent. The Zitko Talent Programme is a collaboration formed between Zitko and employers, tech companies, accredited training providers and industry bodies. After a successful first intake, we are recruiting for our next quarter intake in February!
What should you expect from the training?
We'll be coordinating your programme of training with the employers during your first 12-months and, believe us, it'll be intense! It packs in around 125 hours' foundation training, up to 160 hours' product training and a proper, on-job-the-job training.
And the best bit? You won't be paying a penny for your training. In fact, you'll be earning a decent wage as you work and learn full-time (often including additional company benefits).
In summary, you'll get:
A year's paid employment with your host company
Carefully planned on-the-job training and work experience
Classroom and online foundation training working with security technology, applications and concepts
Certified training on the systems your host company uses - direct from the manufacturer
Mentoring and support from the Zitko Talent team and your employer
So, what background do you need?
We are looking for individuals from a technical background who are looking to establish a long-term career with the electronic Fire & Security industry. We are calling out to IT, Electrical, Telecommunications, Fibre optic professionals.
Or individuals from the mechanical sector.
You must have experience working in a practical environment, either in the commercial or residential sector.
Requirements:
You must have a clear criminal record and hold a full UK driving licence.
