We are seeking to recruit a Senior Secretary/EA for a long established and recognised business on the outskirts of Chelmsford.
Working alongside this charming Company Chairman, but also other senior members of the Company.
You will be responsible for providing all aspects of PA work to the Chairman's office. The successful candidate will act as an initial point of contact for the Chairman, managing his diary and inbox, administration, drafting correspondence, documents, presentations and speeches, preparing for and taking minutes at meetings.
Also office administration, coordinate company-wide training programmers, oversee a Branch Secretary bonus scheme and attend to Company shareholder matters, including AGM organisation, issuing dividend certificates and liaising with solicitors and other professional advisers on share transactions.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Advanced IT Skills
Able to manage your day effectively
Transport necessary
Office hours 30 - 35 hours per week. To be discussed
