This team are looking for someone who can come into their office and make their presence known. Someone who can lead their own projects and help with the massive work load.

Valuable attributes to have for this role are:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Construction knowledge
Knowledge of Building Regulations
Flexible and responsible for own work load
Organised and self motivated
Ability to manage clients and projects through the office
Commercial and Leisure experience is essential
