Our Wallingford based client is recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a

6-month fixed term contract.

You will work closely with the Recruitment Manager and HR department and be responsible for delivering recruitment and recommending recruitment strategies, with clear continuous improvement goals as well as improving overall staff retention. You will also be responsible for coordinating and attending interviews as required.

Duties will include:

Proactively sourcing and attracting the best talent using a variety of channels including social platforms and professional networks (LinkedIn)

Coordinating interviews
Screening candidates and attending interviews to assist with the recruitment process.
Liaising with candidates on a daily basis as well as with recruitment agencies where required.
Attending job fairs and recruitment events nationally and managing relationships with local schools, colleges, and universities
