Temp Station are currently recruiting Inbound/Outbound Customer Service / Sales Agents based in Droylsden, M43 6AX
• Part time position: 12 hours shifts, 3 to 4 days per week
• Working on a rota basis to include days, evenings and weekends. Operational 24/7 365 days a year
• 28 holiday days, including bank holidays
• Pension scheme.
• Wages: GBP8.91/hour
• Based in Droylsden, M43 6AX
Requirements:
• Customer Service Experience
• Any previous Call Centre experience would be an advantage
• Must be flexible and reliable and must have excellent time management
• Organisation skills and must have ability to multi-task
• Computer literate: previous experience using the Microsoft Office package (Microsoft Excel)
• Enthusiastic
• Approachable
• Professional manner
• Excellent written and verbal English language
• Must be able to follow clear instructions
