THE COMPANY:
Brewster Partners are excited to be exclusively recruiting for a Finance & Billings Manager to join a growing business in a newly created role in Doncaster. The role would suit someone who has experience in a similar role and is comfortable in a fast paced environment. The role reports into the Finance Director, and provides full finance and admin support across the group.
THE JOB:
Updating and maintaining ledgers
Processing monthly and quarterly billing runs
Raising invoices and credits
Preparing payroll information for an outsourced service
Posting banking transactions and reconciling bank accounts
Credit control
Processing payments, expenses and salaries
Preparing quarterly management accounts
Intercompany transactions
Monthly production of information for board meetings
Year-end preparation THE PERSON:
AAT qualified, or with equivalent experience (QBE)
Advanced with Microsoft Office, to include Excel
Self sufficient and able to work on own initiative
Sage 50 experience
Analysis, organisation & planning skills
A quick learner who is keen to progress and improve
Previous experience in a similar role would be a strong advantage THE BENEFITS:
