Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor Vacancy - Lincoln
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor for our clients reputable and busy Bodyshop in the Lincoln area.
Salary: OTE 35k Bonus, plus benefits
Hours: 8-5, Monday to Friday

Vehicle Damage Assessor Role
You will be responsible for dealing with the customer, controlling and creating estimates on all vehicles going through the Bodyshop.
To promptly provide customer estimates according to company guidelines on schedules, time and pricing, the individual needs to be a strong negotiator and so you will need to have strong "Front of House" skills.
We need an individual who can estimate for the benefits of the customer and the company hence why we are looking for someone with a proven background. Having the ATA (VDA "Vehicle Damage Assessor") accreditation is desirable but not essential for the right person, as is Audotex
Requirements:
Having experience as an Bodyshop Estimator is essential, whether it's with an independent or main dealership Bodyshop.
Strong customer service and management skills are essential.
