Technical Coordinator
Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5* house builder based in the Thames Valley region that specialise in the development of both social housing and private spec housing across the Thames Valley area.
Due to an increase in workload they are currently recruiting for a site based Technical Coordinator to work on a new project in Hemel Hempstead. Due to the experience and knowledge of the current site team and the responsibilities this individual will need to be responsible for the client have stated they are looking for an architecturally biased Technical Coordinator to oversee the detailing in the fa??ade work and internal finishing. Candidate must be from this background (no exceptions) and must have ideally worked for another volume house builder or main contractor for at least 3 years. Also candidates must be based within an hour of Hemel Hempstead. The scheme you will be working on consists of 163 units, broken down into several RC frame apartment blocks and traditional build houses, reporting into a Technical Manager. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to GBP50k + package.
