Our client is a leading firm with 1000's of properties around South Manchester, specialising in Property management, lettings and sales. With a real growth in their lettings stock, they are now keen to expand their workforce, with a great opportunity to join a company who are forward thinking, dynamic and vibrant.
Responsibilities
* Managing approximately 200 properties
* Typical duties include;
* Dealing with general maintenance issues
* Tenant referencing
* Arrears chasing
* lease renewals
* Building relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors
* You will be using specific property database systems such as Encore and CFP.
Requirements
* Self-motivated and good attitude in the working environment
* Can work well under pressure and can show initiative
* Good analytical and telephone skills
* Ability to build strong relationships and bring in new clients
* Driving license essential
* Good geographical knowledge of South Manchester
