Service Delivery Co-ordinator
Basingstoke
GBP22,000 per annum
Our client is a rapidly growing, multi award winning business, with over 50 years of experience of providing voice, data, mobile and cloud-based solutions to businesses across the UK.
As a Service Delivery Co-ordinator, you will be playing an important part in the installation process. The team you will be joining are responsible for the provision and the delivery of all new services for customers along with any other administration duty raised within the Service Delivery team.
Key areas of responsibility
To ensure we are regularly communicating with clients while exceeding their expectations
Designing project and communication plans for the desired products and services
Raising Purchase Orders and ordering materials to be sent to customers
Liaising with networks on provisioning orders
Configuration of Hosted orders
Adding all aspects of the project billing to CRM
Fixed Rejects & Billing Queries
Cease and re-provides
Organising Engineers for site visits
Day to day involvement in the ongoing progression of all main hardware installations
Assisting with system order proposals for the SCL Group Sales teams
Skills and Experience
Tenacious personality as problems can be complex and involved
Confident personality
Professional attitude
Completer finisher, able to take a task and follow it to the end without close supervision
Team player
High level of excel expertise
Previous telecoms industry experience ideal not a must have
Good analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience of working in a project management environment
Hours of work - 8.30am - 5.30pm - Monday to Friday
