Are you an enthusiastic and driven person looking for new opportunity within Customer service working for a reputable company? On behalf of our client we are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor.

This role will include:

Timely and accurate management of customers
Making 50/60 calls a day
Reservations team - dealing with management of the customers who have made a reservation
Calling customer to ensure completed all checks for there reservation
Ensuring the customer understands all COVID rules

The ideal candidate must have:

Excellent customer service skills
Previously worked in a call centre environment
Good IT skills
Excellent telephone manner
