Job Title: HR Advisor / Coordinator
Location: Northampton
Salary: GBP24,000-GBP28,000
Our client is looking for a HR Advisor to support their business which continues to grow year on year, with many opportunities to grow within the business they are looking for an experienced passionate individual to join their team.
General HR duties
- Dealing with all aspects of HR including recruitment, training, disciplinary and grievance issues
- Experience of working in an administration role
-Knowledge with using business systems such as Excel, Word and ideally, an HRIS or similar enterprise system.
-Understand duties within payroll
-Support HR Manager and the Operational team
-Evidence of showing good relationship with customers, employees and contact across the business.
-Understanding of the provision of the GDPR.
