Customer Sales Advisor
Do you want to be the first point of contact for Utilita customers?
Do you wish to develop an extensive knowledge to provide an exceptional customer service?
Here is what you will get:
* GBP19,760 basic salary
* Excellent commission structure
* Full time homeworking with flexible shifts with 1 in 4 Saturdays
What part can you play in making a difference?
You will speak with Utilita customers to understand and resolve a range of queries. Whilst providing this service, you will have the opportunity to discuss Utilita products to support customers in becoming more efficient.
As you develop into the role you will gain an understanding of Utilita's products and vision, this will allow for further opportunities to make a difference to our customers.
We provide full training and equipment to be successful in this role.
What do we need from you?
You will need an ability to empathise and understand a range of queries from our customers. After evaluating the situation, you will aim to take ownership of each call providing a consistent and thorough resolution.
