Due to expansion across the organisation, we have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR Team.

This role is key to ensuring our recruitment function is smooth and efficient for all stakeholders, with an emphasis on candidate experience.

Working to the Recruitment Partners strategy, you will deliver day to day operational support and coordination working in partnership with the wider HR team. You will have ownership in coordinating our social media and talent attraction methods via channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, by actively monitoring application rates and targeting potential candidates, ensuring top talent is sourced when running campaigns.

Supporting various recruitment projects through to implementation, bringing a proactive and can-do attitude to a high energy, vibrant team!

Acting as the first point of contact for recruitment to internal stakeholders across the organisation you will drive strong communication channels between all parties, including our agency and Managed Service Provider (MSP) colleagues.

Responsibilities include proactively monitoring and reporting on key objectives allowing for informed decisions to enhance efficiency across the organisation. Sourcing talent attraction methods and acting as the life blood of the recruitment service.

This position is initially offered as a 12 Month Fixed Term opportunity. Part Time 18.5 hours Flexible.
