Excellent opportunity here for a Junior Architectural Technologist that has recently graduated from their Architectural Technology degree, to join an up and coming practice based in Newark, Nottinghamshire.
As a recently graduated Architectural Technologist, you will be looking to enter a practice where you can kickstart your career and be provided with development, career progression and the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects and sectors. This is the perfect opportunity to do all that!
The practice are close knit team of Architects and Technologists operating in predominantly Residential and Commercial developments. Given the size of the team at present, everyone in the office pitches in at varying RIBA stages of varying projects. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, this means you will be exposed to varying stages of the project cycle, enabling you to learn and develop new areas to you expertise on a daily basis.
Prior experience within the industry would be looked on favourably but is not necessarily essential. What is essential is evidence of technical knowledge and the ability to use Revit software, alongside a willingness and eagerness to learn and progress in your career.
Requirements of the Junior Architectural Technologist as follows:
A degree in Architectural Technology (ideally achieved 2:1 or above)
Proficiency in the use of Revit software, alongside AutoCAD as an added benefit.
Technical knowledge and ability.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Confidence to speak with clients and 3rd party contractors.
Salary and benefits will be competitive and in line with the RIBA salary guide, and will be discussed at interview stage.
