Apprentice Grounds Maintenance
Pertemps are recruiting for a Appprentice grounds maintenance operative to join our clients team.
This a full time apprenticeship allowing you to gain valuable experience and training within the grounds maintencne industry and build your career.
Job Description (Once Fully Trained)
* Servicing part of a mobile external team providing the on-going grounds maintenance services to various client's sites throughout Essex, London, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and North Kent.
* Our trained mobile teams provide regular scheduled visits to carry out all necessary grounds maintenance services in many commercial sectors including hotels, leisure, offices and retail outlets. It's a full-time position.
* The role will consist of all aspects of grounds maintenance including grass cutting, hedging, weeding, strimming, seasonal plant changes and general day to day grounds maintenance.
* Generally working as the lead operative in a team of two, to undertake the required services at each site.
* This is a Monday to Friday position 40 hours a week, generally with early starts, but variable depending on scheduled site visits for the day.
* Weekend work and overtime is often available.
