On Call Social Care Responder - (Call Centre)
Derby
GBP10+/hour
Contract - (Shift)

You will provide call handling services and respond to emergency situations including lifting uninjured customers using specialist equipment provided and carrying out safe and well checks in support of vulnerable people living in the community.

We offer a monitoring and response service ensuring that vulnerable people have access to support at the end of the phone or at the touch of a button whenever they need it.

Other duties will include installing and maintaining emergency call equipment in customer's homes and undertaking annual visits.

Essential Experience:
Working in a Call Centre environment
Understanding of Social care work with the elderly

SHIFT PATTERN: x3 ,12 hour shifts on a rolling rota basis including weekends and bank holidays
The shifts will be 8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am with 1 hour unpaid break
