Customer Enquiry and Retention Specialist
Office Based at our fantastic Mercedes-Benz Peterborough
Due to expansion of our team, we require a Customer Enquiry and Retention Specialist to join our busy team to cover our Mercedes-Benz Market Area. Bases in Peterborough we ideally require a candidate with a Car Sales background or an individual with a keen passion for the automotive industry.
Main Duties
To handle and process all incoming sales enquiries via telephone, e-mail and manufacturer systems for our Mercedes-Benz Division.
Taking an interest in potential customers' needs and requirements with a view to passing on correct qualification to sales executives and the management team to offer a smooth and timely response.
Qualification, tracking and processing of all enquiries within the MA to achieve group standards for response times, providing customers with specific information and securing appointments for our sales teams
Engaging with our customer database to build relationships and demonstrate our core values.
You will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to deal with several tasks simultaneously.
KEY SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
Confident telephone manner
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Time management/Diary Management
High achieving, highly motivated team player with a desire to succeed
IT literacy - awareness of the importance of complete and accurate data is essential
