TalentTide is delighted to have been invited to assist this well known niche service provider in the recruitment for a new Sales Ledger Clerk to join their busy and vibrant finance team.
Becoming part of a 10 strong team and reporting to the Finance manager the main purpose of the role will be to ensure that customers receive their invoices on time a with a very high degree of accuracy. The role will be offered on a full time and permanent basis.
Further duties will include query resolution, managing payments, working with customers who have outstanding debt and setting up payment plans when required
The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience gained within sales ledger and ideally you will have started your AAT. You will have an exemplary telephone manner and be capable of delivering outstanding customer service as you will be one of the very few points of contact that customers will have with the organisation.
