We have a great opportunity to join a busy Wealth Management/Financial Advisory firm based in Worthing who are looking for Administrator who can provide a full range of administrative support to the Idependent Financial Advisors, dealing with both private clients and group benefit schemes. Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week, up to GBP25,000 depending on experience.
Role
Answering queries from clients in a precise and polite manner.
Undertaking product and fund research.
Producing client proposals and reports.
To ensure records are maintained and accurate.
To ensure new business is seen through to completion and is in line with standardised administrative and compliance procedures.
To assist with other office duties when required.
Administer Group Risk and Pension schemes.
Requirements
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritise a variety of work tasks.
Comfortable working in a small team environment.
Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
We are only looking to hear from people that have worked within a Financial Advisory Firm recently and therefore have technical knowledge of life, pensions and investments and the associated administration formats.
