Here's What you'll be getting up to
In this Customer Support role, you'll be looking after clients all the way through to being protected by their chosen insurance. Once they've spoken with one of our qualified Protection Advisers and chosen the plan that's right for them, you step in. You'll take the client through the complex medical interview and application for that product and send that off to the insurance company. Once you've had the outcome from the insurer, you may then have to gather further evidence to support the client's application. You may need to chase medical evidence from the client's medical practitioners, financial information or supplementary info from the client themselves. You'll be piecing the application jigsaw puzzle together until the insurance company has everything they need to offer the client their plan. You'll be part-case manager, part-detective and all-round hero to the clients you're caring for
