Kinetic are delighted to be recruiting for a leading organisation based in Newcastle who have experienced a rapid growth period, as such my client are now looking for a 1st and 2nd Line Engineer to sit within their Service Desk function to become an integral part of an ambitious team.
My client are unique in that they operate a team first culture, operating between across service desk functions ensuring that everyone works together.
Role: Service Desk Analyst- 1st and 2nd Line Support
Location: Newcastle - remote at the moment until a safe return to office environment can be facilitated
Duration: Permanent
Start Date: June 2021
Salary: Up to GBP23,000 per annum depending on experience
Responsibilities
* Provide first line support to customers
* Ensure exceptional levels of customer service
* Fix and resolve issues and queries were possible
* Raise monitoring alarms from customer systems via our monitoring software
* Engage with 2nd and 3rd line teams to seek advice or escalate complex issues
* Ensure timely resolution of requests in line with agreed SLA's Experience required
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in a Service Delivery role
* ITIL understanding
* Proven ability to manage activities across multiple work streams
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems
* Windows Server 2012/2016
* Active directory / Group policy
* MS Office
* Citrix
* Teams
* Office 365
