Customer Service Supervisor - Permanent - Full time - Wymondham - GBP19,000-GBP21,000 per annum

Would you like to work in a laid-back, friendly environment? Then this could be the position for you! This online retailers company ethos is all about positive energy and relaxation which reflects some of the items they sell including candles, crystals and incense.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch. Working 1 Saturday a month, in lieu of a day in the week.

Main duties include:

Oversee, lead, and train other members of customer service staff
Monitor the daily activities of customer service activities and operations
Delegating and organising tasks for yourself and other staff
Assisting with general customer service work such as answering customer emails and phone calls
Investigating and handling customer service complaints
Assisting with developments within customer service, and the implementation of new policies
Key requirements include:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service related position
Proficient knowledge of customer service, standard office practices and procedures
Proficient computer and typing skills (full training will be given in the systems that we use)
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
