A leading FM company are seeking an experienced Administrator to work out of a busy office in Torness.

As an Administrator you will be required to support the Business Support Team with General Administration to inculde:

- Gather Data and general reports
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Carry out General stock take duties
- Prepare purchase orders and invoicing duties
- Maintain driary management and booking in meetings and arranging an office supplies
- Report taking and Budgets assistance
- Supporting the team and handling queries

The right candidates must have:

- Must have Administration experience and background
- Procurement backgrouns
- Experience of taking Minutes in meetings
- Good Customer service skills
- Good IT skills and using mircosoft systems

This is a temporary - permanent role for the right candidate.
