At Select Hospitality we are looking to recruit an experienced and talented Hospitality Manager to manage multiple Front of House Operations at this beautiful Suffolk Manor Hotel situated close to the town of Lowestoft.
About the Role
This role is key to building on the success already enjoyed by the hotel, so we need someone enthusiastic with bags of personality that can offer first class management of all aspects of the hotel, developing a strong and successful team in all departments. You will have the opportunity to work closely with all teams recruiting and developing your people, with an ultimate goal of ensuring excellent guest-satisfaction by approaching all tasks with a hands-on' and high quality approach.
This position offers a very attractive salary and the opportunity for you to work in an exciting, fast-paced industry in a beautiful location. Live-in, private accommodation is available.
About You
??? Proven management experience with a hotel, pub or restaurant.
??? Wedding & events operational and planning experience is preferred.
??? Proven recruitment, leadership and training skills.
??? Excellent customer service, service delivery and health & safety standards.
??? Excellent communication skills
??? Strong organisational and planning skills
??? Passion and enthusiasm for the hospitality sector
??? Ability to be flexible in terms of the working hours required of you
