Location : Bedford
Salary : GBP25k - GBP28k p/a -Perm

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for National House Builder to join their customer care team on permanent term basis in their office in Bedford.
Working with the Customer Care Team in fantastic offices, this is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills within a friendly and hard-working team.
As the Customer Care Advisor you will be responsible for:
• Providing top quality customer service both internally and externally
• Working within tight KPI and to deadlines
• Diary Management for a team of engineers who will be providing direct solutions
• Customer Aftercare
• Dealing with customer enquiries via phone
The key skills required are:
• Have previous experience within house builder environment e.g. repairs and maintenance
• Customer Care environment - receiving calls from homeowners regarding new build houses
• Working within new builds
• Knowledge of COINS is advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel
• Knowledge of databases and CRM Management
