Warehouse and Transport Operations Manager - Redditch - GBP35k
Location - Redditch, Worcestershire
Up to GBP35,000 plus benefits
A strong Warehouse and Transport Operations Manager is required for a successful family run business based near Redditch. The successful candidate will join a small team, report into the senior management and will put in place the structures and procedures that will allow the company to flourish.
The Transport Operations Manager will have experience in similar positions however knowledge of the food industry while highly advantegeous is not essential.
A salary of up to GBP35,000 is available for the right candidate.

A small, ambitious, family run business in the Food Transport industry who are looking to put the structures in place to allow them to become more successful.
Skills / Experience Required
- Operational management experience in the transport industry
- Effectively manage the Operational team in order to ensure effective and efficient day to day operations, management of change and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with Fleet Manager with regards to the servicing operation of all vehicles.
- Ensure all company systems and procedures are followed and that the business is compliant with regulatory standards
