Our showrooms have since built up an enviable reputation for quality and service and they specialise in helping their customers find the right products, at a price that suits them best.
The Colchester branch is one of their Decorating Centres. Here, they are stockists of an array of trusted trade paints, designer paints, designer wallpaper, wood treatments, protective and specialist coatings and a range of decorators' sundry items. They also offer a colour mixing service too!
And the role???
As a Department Supervisor , you will be working closely with your team to ensure that we are able to build strong and lasting relationships with customers and suppliers. You will be managing a team of 11 on a daily basis and have accountability for providing the best possible service to our customers. This is a pivotal role within the Colchester site and your determination and drive to succeed will come into it's own.
What we're looking for???
Previous team management experience is essential along with the ability to prioritise and think on your feet. Management within a retail environment would be a distinct advantage. We are seeking someone that is a real team player - confident, outgoing and able to motivate and drive their team forward. The role requires someone with a trade background.
You'll be a personable and enthusiastic individual who has a strong customer focus, always striving to go that extra mile for our customers.
