Our client, a well-established, multi office firm of Accountants in Marlow are seeking a qualified ACA/ ACCA Accountant to join the firm to play a key role within their leading Accounts team.
The Role
You will be responsible for a general practice portfolio of GBP350k including statutory accounts , accounts preparation, review of management accounts, cash flow forecasting , supervision of the outsourced bookkeeping function and other ad hoc project accounting work. You will closely liaise with the firm's tax department and deal with CT tax computations and personal /corporation tax issues. You will assist in managing of a small team of part qualified and trainee accountants, together with the outsourced bookkeeping team in India.
Required Skills & Experience
You are ACA / ACCA qualified, with at least 2-3 years PQE currently supervising a portfolio of at least GBP250k with a strong practice background including a strong knowledge cloud based accounts such as Xero.
You are comfortable working with clients outside the office as well as the ability to forge business development opportunities. You are a confident self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Location
The role is easily commutable from Beaconsfield, Henley, Slough and the High Wycombe areas.
The office has excellent links to public transport and on site car parking.

The salary will depend on the individual's qualifications and relevant post qual experience so the banding we are setting is GBP50,000 to GBP60,000
