Adecco are currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for our well known client in Mauchline for a 1 month contract initially with potential to be extended beyond the 3 month mark.

Rate of pay GBP11ph DOE

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The successful person will do everything connected with the accounts on the Xero, you must be experience with this software. Have excellent experience and knowledge of IT. You will be inputting invoices, sending invoices, manual journals including all the payroll, retentions and journals connected with management accounts. HMRC. Reconciling the bank accounts, the payroll journals using Moneysoft.

Essential Functions:

Xero experience.

Knowledge of accounts.

Excellent IT Skills.

Ability to prioritise.

Able to work independently as well as work within a diverse team.

Working Conditions:

Works in an Office environment.

This is negotiable to also work from home if required for the right person.
