Bennett and Game are currently working with a leading International Logistics & Supply-Chain firm based within the Aylesford area actively recruiting for skilled and experienced Warehouse Admin Supervisor.
Our client are specialists in International Forwarding, Logistics & Supply-chain solutions, Warehousing & Distribution, and have major contracts within the Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, FMCG and Technology sectors.
Due to continued growth and long-term contracts being won, our client are looking to recruit a skilled Warehouse Administrator to join their expanding and successful team on a full time permanent basis.
Warehouse Admin Supervisor Position Overview
Joining a fast paced Warehouse environment you will be responsible for working as part of a team to manage the total goods in and goods out process and stock management.
Supervising team of 2 and liaising closely with the warehouse supervisor
Managing e-Commerce order processing through WMS system (3PL Central)
Checking orders are picked / packed / despatched - accurately and on time
Customer service - responding to queries, requests, instructions etc.
Billing
Producing activity reports (from system)Warehouse Admin Supervisor Position Requirements
The ideal Individual should have good e-commerce/Pick-Pack experience, be familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), familiar and adept at using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), be flexible (able to work overtime, when required), be a team player.
Previous experience of Warehouse Management System (scanning experience)
Proven experience of working in a pick/pack warehouse environment
Previous experience working to KPI and time deadlines
Knowledge of warehouse health & safety
Excellent communication and customer service skillsWarehouse Admin Supervisor Position Remuneration
Salary DOE - GBP20 - 25k + commission bonus (when company targets are hit).
Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:00)
28 days holiday including banks
